As for Nigella’s books, I think ‘How to eat’ and ‘Feast’ are the best. ‘Nigella express’ is a bit of a gimmicky book… uses loads of ‘ready made’ ingredients that you’ll need to substitute with similar things if you don’t live in the UK. It’s not bad, and I’ve tried a few things that are ok, but I really prefer the previous cookbooks.
