Hi, I’m Cassandra, I’m Greek but I’ve been living in London for quite a few years. I set up this blog because- fortunately or unfortunately- I love making lists! It started out with the hope that it would help me organize my unorganized life a bit… When it started (May 2008 ) it was overambitious & hoped to cover my gradual working-on & achievement of 202 goals. So, initially I had a huge list of 202 goals to cover: half of my list (goals 102-202) was food related, the goals involving new recipes I want to try, restaurants/cafes in London I want to visit, and food-scheduling/menu planning issues. The rest of the list (goals 1-101) had to do with more general issues, regarding my work, exercise schedule, books I want to read, movies I want to see, places I want to visit etc.
With the birth of my son (in august 2008 ) I very quickly realized that my initial plan was pure folly! So my list of goals has now shrunk to 101, all of them food related, & this is how the blog will continue. Whenever I can work on a goal, I will, but no promises (either to myself or to you). To be honest, this blog has basically turned into our family’s kitchen journal (with pictures) and I’m happy for it to stay that way.
